At its Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) today, Apple announced that its iOS 8 beta will be available today, with a public release slated for this fall. The company also revealed the iPhone 4 won’t be supported, meaning iOS 7 will be the latest major release for the device. As you can see in the slide below, iOS 8 will be available for the iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPod touch 5th generation, iPad 2, iPad with Retina display, iPad Air, iPad mini, and iPad mini with Retina display.
