Translator for Apple’s WatchOS 2 will show you time-aware local phrases when you’re abroad
Microsoft has announced updates for its Translator app for iOS and WatchOS 2 that should make it easier to communicate in a foreign language when you’re traveling. Depending on your location and the time of day, the watch app will automatically show you common phrases like “good morning” and “goodbye” in the local language. In addition, you can use the Time Travel feature to view phrases for other times of day, like “good night.” The update will also allow you to play back recent and pinned translations through the watch speaker, making it easy to learn and incorporate phrases into your conversations…
