In our Apps of the Year series, The Next Web team shares personal recommendations for our favorite apps of 2015. As the English language continues its inevitable decline into a series of patterned grunts and not-so-subtle gestures, Giphy might just be the app that leads the charge. I don’t mind a bit. Sometimes it’s just easier to communicate in GIF format (or is it JIF?) rather than spewing the same tired canned phrases again and again.
