Indian phone manufacturer Ringing Bells has launched the Freedom 251, an Android Lollipop 5.1-based device that’s priced at Rs. 251 ($4), making it the world’s cheapest smartphone. The 3G dual-SIM handset features a 4-inch 960×540 pixel display, a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage. You can add up to 32GB more room with a microSD card.
