As I sit down to do some work at my neighborhood coffee shop, I overhear an awkward introduction between two people at a table behind me. It’s a job interview. I take a sip of my americano misto and only put in one of my headphones. This is a ride that I want to come along for. It’s not every day that you get to be a fly on the wall for a situation that triggers feelings of  both optimism and disgust for all who participate. Unfortunately, the interviewer – let’s call him Bill Lumbergh – conducted a train-wreck of an interview…
