Harvard student Aran Khanna was denied his chance to intern at Facebook after the company learned that one of his creations exposed a critical flaw in its Messenger service, reports Boston.com. It was downloaded 85,000 times in three days, before Facebook asked him to disable it. Following a disappointing fiscal first quarter this year, Chinese PC and mobile device maker Lenovo said it would cut 10 percent of its non-manufacturing positions as part of a $650 million cost-cutting program — affecting 3,200 jobs in total.
