In an effort to avoid any untoward accidents during the Olympics that kick off tomorrow in Rio, drone maker DJI is issuing an update for its products that will prevent them from flying into and above venues for the various sporting events in the city over the next two weeks. The update will designate those locations as no-fly zones for all DJI drones. The company received coordinates from the Brazilian military, which has been tasked with protecting airspace during this year’s Olympics.
